INGREDIENTS
- 1 1/2 Cup Almond Flour
- 6 Large eggs Separated
- 1/4 cup Butter melted
- 3 tsp Baking powder
- 1/4 tsp Cream of Tartar It's ok if you don't have this
- 1 pinch Pink Himalayan Salt
- 6 drops Liquid Stevia optional
INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat oven to 375.
- Separate the proteins from the yolk. Add the cream or tartar to the eggs and beat until the soft nails are realized.
- In the food processor, you can combine egg yolk, one-third whites of scrambled eggs, melted butter, almond flour, bread powder and salt (add 6 drops of liquid stevia to the mixture can help reduce the flavor of light egg). Mix up combined. This thick paste becomes thick until the eggs are added.
- Add the remaining 2/3 of the proteins and treat them carefully until they are fully absorbed. Make sure you do not confuse, because this is what gives bread size!
- Pour the mixture into a 8 × 4 loaf pan. Bake for 30 minutes. Check with toothpicks to make sure the bread is cooked. Enjoy! 1 bread makes 20 slices.
