Let's just admit it. Are we all obsessed with chocolate cookies and who do not like a new recipe? Why not merge? I did and did. You should try this!
Ingredients
- 2 2/3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 Tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 1 cup unsalted butter , softened
- 1 1/4 cups packed light-brown sugar
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 (12 oz) bags chocolate chips, divided (whatever kind you like)
- 32 large marshmallows
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In the mixing bowl, beat the flour, corn flour, bread powder and salt for 20 seconds. In the standard mixer bowl with the base of the racket, mix the butter, brown sugar and granulated sugar until it becomes dasma, about 30 seconds - 1 minute. Mix eggs one by one and add vanilla. Slowly insert the flour mixture into a mixer set at low speed and mix until combined. Mix 12 ounces of chocolate pieces.
- Pour the dough into two large tablespoons and place on a baking sheet lined with Silpat or bread sheet with a 2-inch gap. Bake in preheated oven for 9 - 12 minutes. Remove from the oven and let it completely cool.
- Melt the remaining 12 ounces of chocolate in the microwave by 50% microwave in 30 seconds, stirring between the increases until smooth and smooth. Publish chocolates on half of cookies. (When using a fireplace, you should be very careful that the marshmallow does not touch the fireplace, and I recommend using shorter roasting sticks for fire to roast the burner). Place 2 marshmallows over chocolate-covered cookies and cover them with another cookie and view them immediately (you can create cookies in advance, just add chocolate and mushrooms to get the best results).
