Keto FatHead Rolls (Almond Flour Free)

These low-fat carbohydrates, Quito Rolls are free of flour and are the perfect alternative to traditional sandwiches for sandwiches, burgers or even personal pizza!

Ingredients

  • 4 cups mozzarella cheese shredded (408g)
  • 4 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 cup coconut flour (119g)
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder* or 1 tbsp see note
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 4 eggs beaten

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees.
  2. Add mozzarella cheese and cream in a microwave bowl.
  3. Microwave 2 minutes.
  4. Move up combined.
  5. Beat flour, baking powder and dried spices together.
  6. Add the eggs to the dried spices and stir them until they are added.
  7. Add this mixture to the cheese and continue stirring until it is absorbed.
  8. Spray baking paper with olive oil cooking spray.
  9. Wet hands and separate dough and form 12 rolls.
  10. If you wish, adjust something or make it smaller and smaller as my pictures appear.
  11. Place on bread sheet and bake for 15 minutes.
  12. Then cool in half.
  13. Enjoy immediately or cool or freeze. See comments above video for freezing.
