Keto Frosty

Who says you can not eat sweets on Quito? This frost can not be made easier and freezes in just 30 minutes! If you're looking for more quick and easy Quito desserts, you should definitely check these cookies.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 1/2 c. heavy whipping cream
  • 2 tbsp. unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 3 tbsp. keto-friendly powdered sugar sweetener, such as Swerve
  • 1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
  • Pinch kosher salt

DIRECTIONS

  1. Mix the cream, cocoa, sweeteners, vanilla and salt in a large bowl. Use a hand blender or flapping accessory for a standard mixer to beat the mixture until the hard peaks are formed. Mix in a Ziploc bag and freeze for 30 to 35 minutes, until it freezes.
  2. Cut straight from the corner of the Ziploc bag and clip to serving dishes.
