Melt the creamy chocolate candy with peanut butter in your mouth. All the delights of Reese, with no sugars added!
INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 cup natural peanut butter (just peanuts & salt) + 1 Tbs for swirling
- 1 1/2 oz 100% cacao (unsweetened) chocolate bar chopped *see notes for sub*
- 3 Tbs coconut oil
- 25 drops Sweet Leaf vanilla creme stevia to taste
- 2 tsp vanilla
- Pinch of pink salt
INSTRUCTIONS
- Fill a small bowl with a few centimeters of water. Boil water over high heat.
- Place the chocolate in a glass container on the boiling water and let it dissolve for about a minute.
- Reduce the temperature to medium boiling point. Always stir until all the chocolate melts almost.
- Reduce heat and add peanut butter, coconut oil, salt and stevia. Move up perfectly smooth.
- Remove from fire and move in vanilla. Taste and control of sweetness and salinity.
- Pour in silicon molds or a 5x5 dish with a parchment (for easy removal). Whirl a few teaspoons of peanut butter on top.
- Secure for 1 hour or until it is set. Cut and enjoy!
