Low Carb Big Mac Bites (Keto)

These Low Carb Big Mac Bites are a keto recipe for low-carb nutrins who make low-carb appetizers or a daily game meal that everyone will love!

Ingredients

  • 1.5 pounds Ground beef
  • ¼ cup Onion finely diced
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 4 slices American Cheese
  • 16 slices Dill Pickle
  • Lettuce

Secret Sauce

  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
  • 4 tablespoon Dill pickle relish
  • 2 tablespoon Yellow mustard
  • 1 teaspoon White wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 ° F
  2. Mix chopped meat, onion and salt in a large bowl. Mix until everything is well combined.
  3. Roll the meat into 1.5 oz balls. Press them all down a bit to flatten them to make a small burger pie and place them on a lined bread sheet.
  4. Bake at 400 ° F for 15 minutes or until finished.
  5. While cooking the burgers, add all the ingredients of the separator sauce to the pot and stir to combine.
