LOW-CARB TWICE BAKED CAULIFLOWER

Low Carbohydrates Two Chlow Flower Bread is a side dish that everyone will love! This tasty dish is also Quito, which contains a low glycemic-free and gluten-free portion of South Beach. Use a diet type indicator to find more recipes like this!

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 large head cauliflower
  • 4 oz. cream cheese, cut into cubes
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup minced green onions
  • 1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese (or more)
  • 6 slices bacon (or more), cooked until very crisp, fat blotted with paper towel and then crumbled
  • 1 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350F / 180C. Sprinkle a glass baking dish with olive oil or a non-stick layer. Cut stalks and cauliflower from cauliflower and cut into small pieces. Cook in a large skillet with boiled salted water until the cauliflower becomes soft but not too soft. Arrange and cook it with potatoes, and leave some sections.
  2. While cauliflower cooks, cook bacon and crumble, cut green onions, block cheese, measure sour cream and measure parmesan cheese. Mix the cream cheese, sour cream, green onion, parmesan cheese and 3/4 of the bacon in the dried broccoli.
  3. Evenly distributed in a 1.5 liter casserole. Sprinkle cheddar cheese and reserved bacon. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until it becomes hot and hot. Remove the lid and bake for 10 minutes, or until the cheese becomes light brown. Hot service.
